La compétition est ouverte aux tireuses sélectionnées par leurs Fédérations suivant les quotas définis par la F.I.E. Chaque tireuse participante doit obligatoirement être munie d´une licence de la F.I.E. pour la saison 2011-2012. Sur place les tireuses doivent présenter une carte d'identité ou un passeport.
2. Inscriptions :
Les inscriptions doivent parvenir seulement sur le site web de la FIE au plus tard 7 jours avant le tournoi (cf. o.54 règlement des épreuves de la FIE).

Conforme aux décisions du Congrès de la F.I.E.
