How to claim on PromoPlace End-User Area:

u Select the Promotions URL:

pro.sony.eu/promotions u If you do not already have an account on

pro.sony.eu/promotions then you will need to register and set up a password Either log-in here with email address and password

Or Register by clicking on Sign In

Complete the Registration form and set a password

Step 2 u Once you are registered you will see your name in the

log-in box You will see your name as confirmation that you are logged in.

Link to Contact Us. This is the place to go for all your questions Click on My Account to change your details and see your cashback claims status

Step 3 Prepare your documents to attach to your claim form Scan in your invoice and make sure it is readable

Take picture of the serial number from the base of your product

Scan your Student ID or enrolment papers for current school year

Have available your bank account details (IBAN and BIC)

Note: if you have purchased an audio product (UWP-D11/12/16) then please submit an image of the TUNER/RECEIVER component.

Step 4 Make your claim u Click on the ‘Claim Cashback’ link to take you to the redemption form u Complete the form and attach the required documents. Note: Note: A separate claim form must be created for each eligible Sony product purchased. This promotion is limited to one cashback claim for a camera, one for tuner/reciever and one for microphine per student.

Step 5 Once you have completed your claim form, you will receive claim status updates during the process: 1. A redemption code starting with 143687….. (13 digits) 2. A confirmation email that your claim is either compliant or needs re-submitting with further information or is rejected and the reasons for the non-compliance

3. If compliant, you will then receive a confirmation that the cashback will shortly be transferred into your account 4. You are able to track the progress of your claims using the link ‘Follow up your requests’ in My Account. See below:
