Harold Scholz & Co. GmbH follows the developments and effects of the REACH-Regulation, which came into force on June 1st 2007 and makes corresponding preparations to meet the demands of REACH so that we can deliver all our products also in future without restriction. As downstream user or rather trading company we will cooperate with our suppliers to make sure that raw materials and trading goods used are considered under the terms of REACH and our production and the trading transactions are not affected. Because our products are used in different kinds of applications, we will focus on supporting a wide application field. We would like to inform you that the products distributed by us as well as the raw materials used for them meet the requirements of regulation no. 1907/2006 (REACH). REACH-compliance means that all substances in a product: -

have been pre-registered and/or, if applicable, have already been registered by our company and/or our suppliers

are exempt from REACH-regulation and/or

are exempt from registration

Therefore we currently do not expect any restriction on the supply availability of our products. In case of any changes we will of course inform you as early as possible.
