Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Leitende/n Hausdame/Housekeeper Als leitende/r Hausdame/Housekeeper bist verantwortlich für die Führung und Organisation des gesamten Housekeepingbereiches inklusive der öffentlichen Hotelbereiche. Dein Profil: - Du hast umfangreiche relevante Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie gesammelt. - Du hast Erfahrung in der Personalführung, der Dienstplangestaltung und der Urlaubsplanung. - Du hast einen ausgeprägten Sinn für Sauberkeit und Ordnung. - Du bist höflich, qualitätsbewusst, engagiert und arbeitest selbstbewusst und flexibel. - Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Level B1). Anstellung: Wir bieten eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle. Arbeitszeiten: - 40 Stunden / Woche - 5 Arbeitstage / Woche - Arbeit in Schichten und am Wochenende Gehalt: Du verdienst mindestens 1.800 € / Monat (brutto) plus Feiertags- und Sonntagszuschläge. Die Höhe des Gehalts ist Verhandlungsbasis und abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Unterkunft und Verpflegung: Wir können Dir ein Zimmer in unserem Mitarbeiter-Haus zur Verfügung stellen.
