“Many people asked me why you have done the AMP, if just a year ago you were doing the EMBA, and what I always answer is because the opportunities for further networking as well as it allows me to focus better in my venture. You get to know amazing people with different backgrounds, a new country and incredible inspiring professors, all this without the pressure of an EMBA but with a natural instinct of exploring. It is undoubtedly a great opportunity to create bonds in a new market as well as to mature all the concepts I learned before and discover new ones.”

methodologies Our methodologies are results-oriented and based in practicality through:

A debate of REAL CASES and GROUP DISCUSSIONS about best practices. INNOVATIVE LEARNING METHODOLOGIES (workshops, labs, discussion panels…) LEARNING PARTNERS An exercise in individual reflection of the most important concepts from each subject, as well as a space to contrast opinions and points of view in work groups, allowing each participant to strengthen and enrich the knowledge acquired throughout the program and serve as an effective guide for the immediate application of that knowledge in both the professional and personal settings. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (see pg. 17) PRIVATE LUNCHES AND MASTER-CLASSES European Leaders share their visions and experiences with the class through private sessions, lunch breaks etc.

KRISTIN BAMMEL Entrepreneur & Coach in Efficiency and Focus

“In addition to the great combination of academic, practical and individual expertise I consider the exchange in small groups - the so called learning partners - as highly valuable. The international and diverse background of each partner gave us the great opportunity to reflect on each other’s learnings and amplified my own insights even more.“

Personal Development Plan The Personal Development Plan (PDP) has been designed to help each and every participant gain the maximum benefit from the program as well as construct a roadmap for future development beyond the AMP. We have always been highly focused on diversity and, therefore, understand that each participant joins the program with his or her unique set of strengths, weaknesses and objectives. For this reason, the PDP has been structured to allow for individual guidance by:

Identifying your talents, strengths and competencies

Ascertaining passion and motivations

Recognizing and managing “derailers”, or impediments to development

With the help of a personal advisor, each participant will work in a personalized manner in order to obtain individualized and concrete results during and after the program.

BEFORE

DURING

AFTER

The PDP begins with a set of online tests (CDR-3D) which will serve as a lifelong tool for measuring character, drivers and risks by:

Once the program is underway, a group session will take place which will consist of a general orientation concerning the Personal Development Plan.

Each participant will have an individual followup session with his or her advisor 3 months after the program ends which will involve the following:

furthering development and personal growth understanding talent capacity navigating career paths maximizing personal fulfillment We recommend that each person completes these tests no less than 3 weeks before the beginning of the program. It is important to secure one’s place reservation at least 3-4 weeks prior to the program’s start date.

At this moment, each participant will be assigned a personal advisor who, in two individual sessions, will:

an optional follow-up survey completed by the participant’s colleagues in order to assess degrees of improvement upon points included in the action plan.

1º Analyze test results by identifying strengths, weaknesses and “derailers”, which are personal obstacles prohibiting each of us from realizing our full potential.

a discussion of results-to-date and recommendations for further steps in the future.

2º Construct a roadmap and action plan together focusing on 2 or 3 points of improvement chosen by the participant in alignment with his or her goals to ensure continued growth beyond the program.

Ben Tiggelaar

Martin Boehm

Organizations have many ambitions, visions, plans and ideas. The trick is to translate them into action. Behavior is the missing link between plans and results. We don’t specify or do what is required to achieve goals. Ben has spent 25 years exploring leadership, change and human behavior.

What really interests Prof. Boehm is the management of customer relationships to increase a firm’s profitability. “Customers are vital intangible assets that should be valued and managed. Only by attracting, retaining, and growing profitable customer relationships will firms be successful”.

Andrew McCarthy Professor McCarthy has extensive experience in advising multinational corporations on strategy, innovation processes and design. His class, Design Thinking, will discuss how to structure, manage and organize a portfolio of business models and will offer a practical vision of innovation.

Carl Kock

Daniel Corsten

Professor Kock’s work focuses on identifying the fundamental value drivers in companies. He asks students to look at what they’re taught with fresh eyes. “It’s crucial to understand the game that’s being played, you need to look at causal processes, the evolution of the what and the why.”

“How to manage relationships between people, customers and suppliers and organizations in general is the heart of my work which spans supply chain management, marketing and more recently finance” says Prof. Corsten. The Swiss citizen has received numerous awards for his teaching and his case studies.
