Auf allen Reisen in das Donau Delta ist ein Arzt an Bord. Auf allen weiteren Routen ist eine ärztliche Versorgung durch die Infrastruktur des jeweiligen Fahrtgebietes sichergestellt.

Eine kleine Bordbibliothek finden Sie in der Nähe der Rezeption. Eine Auswahl an Gesellschaftsspielen befindet sich an der Rezeption bzw. in der Day-Lounge.

There is a doctor on board the routes to the Danube delta. On all other routes, medical care is assured by the infrastructure of the region.

There is a small on-board library near Reception. A selection of board games can be found at Reception or in the Day Lounge.

Ausflüge/Excursions

Crewbereiche/Crew areas

Fast alle Anlaufhäfen dienen gleichzeitig als Ausgangspunkt für interessante Landausflüge. Zusammen mit Ihren Reiseunterlagen haben Sie bereits eine Broschüre erhalten, in der alle Touren beschrieben sind. Buchungen können nur an Bord vorgenommen werden. A-ROSA ist für die angebotenen Ausflüge als Vermittler tätig, die Durchführung und Begleitung erfolgt durch die örtlichen Agenturen, die somit auch Veranstalter der Ausflüge sind.

Der Zugang zu Crew-Bereichen ist nicht gestattet. Access to the crew areas is not permitted.

Almost all ports of call are starting points for interesting land excursions. For further information please ask your Guest Relation Manager. Bookings can only be made on board. A-ROSA acts as an agent for the excursions offered, while local agencies carry out the excursions and provide guides and are therefore the organisers of the excursions.

Bademäntel/Bathrobes Bademäntel erhalten Sie auf Wunsch von Ihrer Kabinenstewardess. Bathrobes can be obtained from your cabin stewardess on request.

Bars/Bars

Decks/Decks Bei Regen und hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit sowie in den Morgen- und Abendstunden können die Außendecks rutschig sein. Wir bitten um erhöhte Vorsicht. The external decks may be slippery in rainy weather, at times of high humidity and also in the morning and evening. Please take extra care.

Deckstühle/Deckchairs Auf dem Sonnendeck finden Sie Deckstühle und Sonnenüberdachung. Verzichten Sie bitte – im Interesse aller Passagiere – auf das Reservieren von Deckstühlen. Wolldecken für kühlere Stunden an Deck finden Sie in Ihrer Kabine. There are deckchairs and sunshades on the sun deck. In the interests of all passengers, please refrain from reserving deckchairs. Woollen blankets can be found in your cabin for cooler outdoor weather.

Diätkost/Dietary requirements

A-ROSA AQUA, BRAVA and VIVA: the indoor and outdoor bars are on deck 3, as are the Café and Lounge Bar. A-ROSA BELLA, MIA, RIVA and DONNA have a Café Bar and a Lounge Bar on deck 3. And on A-ROSA LUNA, STELLA and SILVA the Café Bar and Lounge Bar are on deck 2. The outdoor bar on A-ROSA LUNA, STELLA and SILVA is located on the sun deck. Current opening times are stated in the daily programme in your cabin.

Durchsagen/Announcements

Hafenliegeplätze/Berthing places in ports

Für ein individuelles Ausleihen der Räder oder nähere Informationen zu den Biking-Ausflügen wenden Sie sich bitte an den SPA-Bereich oder die Rezeption. Die Ausleihgebühr für Fahrräder erfahren Sie ebenfalls dort.

Es ist in einigen Städten üblich, dass die Hafenbehörden aufgrund des hohen Verkehrsaufkommens mehreren Schiffen einen gemeinsamen Liegeplatz zuweisen. In diesem Fall liegen die Schiffe nebeneinander und die freie Sicht aus Ihrer Kabine kann beeinträchtigt werden. A-ROSA hat hierauf leider keinen Einfluss.

In some cities, it is customary for the port authorities to allocate a joint berthing place to several ships because of the high volume of traffic. In this case, ships are lined up close together and this may impair the view from your cabin. Please accept our apologies that A-ROSA has no influence over this.

Fliegenschutzgitter/Fly screens Zum Schutz vor Insekten befindet sich ein Fliegenschutzgitter in Form eines Rollos auf der Außenseite der Balkontür. Bitte achten Sie beim Betätigen des Rollos auf eine gleichmäßige Kraftverteilung, um ein Verkannten zu vermeiden. Die Arretierung befindet sich unten. To provide protection from insects, there is a fly screen in the form of a roller blind on the outside of the balcony door. Please take care when operating the blind and exert force evenly to avoid jamming the blind. The locking mechanism is located at the bottom.

Geldwechsel/Changing money Geldwechsel an Bord ist leider nicht möglich. Wechselbüros finden Sie jedoch meist in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlegestellen. Unfortunately it is not possible to change money on board. If you wish to change money, bureaux de change are generally located very close to the mooring points.

Haartrockner/Hair dryers Ein Föhn befindet sich in Ihrer Kabine in einer der Schubladen in der Nähe des Spiegels. There is a hair dryer in your cabin in one of the drawers near the mirror.

We welcome international guests on board at certain times on several of our routes.

Internet/Internet An Bord der A-ROSA Schiffe besteht die Möglichkeit, per WLAN eine Verbindung zum Internet aufzubauen. Nähere Informationen zur Technik und zu den entstehenden Kosten erhalten Sie an der Rezeption. Für SELECT-Gäste ist die Nutzung der Internetverbindung kostenfrei (gemäß den gültigen Nutzungsbedingungen). It is possible to set up a connection to the Internet on board via WLAN. This service is charged. Further information can be obtained at Reception. A-ROSA SELECT guests can use the Internet for free under the given terms of use.

Kleidung/Dress An Bord und während der Landausflüge kleiden Sie sich ganz nach Ihrem Geschmack, bequem und leger. Denken Sie bitte auch an wärmere Bekleidung für die Abende an Deck. Für die Landausflüge empfiehlt sich festes Schuhwerk. Comfortable, light clothing of your choice is suitable on board and during land excursions. Please also remember to bring warmer clothing for evenings on deck. We recommend that you bring strong footwear for land excursions.

Klimaanlage/Air conditioning

Ihre Kabine ist, wie auch das gesamte Schiff, mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Kabinentemperatur ist individuell regulierbar. Bei geöffneter Balkontür wird die Umluftkühlung in der Kabine automatisch abgestellt.

Postkarten und Briefe können an der Rezeption aufgegeben werden. Die Post wird jeweils vom nächsten Hafen aus versandt. Postcards and letters can be handed in to Reception for posting. Post is dispatched from the next port.

Your cabin, like the entire ship, is equipped with an air-conditioning system. The cabin temperature can be individually adjusted. The air-cooling system in your cabin switches off automatically if the balcony door is opened.

Rauchen/Smoking

Landausflüge/Land excursions

Rauchen ist lediglich auf den Außendecks gestattet. Bitte werfen Sie keine Zigarettenreste über Bord, sondern benutzen Sie die dafür vorgesehenen Behältnisse. Im gesamten Innenbereich sowie in den Kabinen gilt ein striktes Rauchverbot.

Landgangszeiten/Time on shore In EU-Ländern können Sie das Schiff unmittelbar nach dem Anlegen verlassen. In Nicht-EU-Ländern können Sie Ihr Schiff erst nach Freigabe durch die örtlichen Behörden verlassen. Wir möchten Sie bitten, in Ihrem eigenen Interesse spätestens 30 Minuten vor dem Ablegen wieder an Bord zu sein. Die Liegezeiten können sich kurzfristig ändern, bitte achten Sie auf Durchsagen und Hinweise im Tagesprogramm. In EU countries, you can leave the ship immediately after it has berthed. In non-EU countries, you can only leave the ship after authorisation has been given by the local authorities. In your own interests, we would ask you to return to the ship not later than 30 minutes before departure. Departure times can change at short notice; please pay attention to announcements and to instructions given in the daily programme.

Pool/Pool Einen beheizten Pool finden Sie auf dem Sonnendeck der Schiffe A-ROSA BELLA, DONNA, MIA, RIVA, LUNA, STELLA und SILVA. Ein beheizter Whirlpool befindet sich auf den Schiffen A-ROSA AQUA, VIVA und BRAVA im SPA-Bereich auf Deck 3. Badetücher liegen in Ihrer Kabine bereit. There is a heated pool on the sun deck of the A-ROSA BELLA, DONNA, MIA, RIVA, LUNA, STELLA and SILVA. On the A-ROSA AQUA, BRAVA and VIVA, there is a heated whirlpool in the SPA area on deck 3. Bathing towels are provided in your cabin.

Smoking is only permitted on the outside decks. Please use the containers provided for cigarette ends and do not throw any stubs overboard. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any indoor area of the ship and in the cabins.

Reiseverlauf /Route Den geplanten Reiseverlauf entnehmen Sie bitte der Katalogausschreibung, die Angaben sind vorbehaltlich Änderungen. Aufgrund von Hoch- und Niedrigwasser, Wartungsarbeiten und verkehrsbedingten Wartezeiten an Schleusen und Brücken kann es kurzfristig zu Fahrplanänderungen kommen. In seltenen Fällen von Hoch- oder Niedrigwasser oder höherer Gewalt kann es vorkommen, dass Teilstrecken mit Bus oder Bahn zurückgelegt werden müssen und in Einzelfällen Hotelübernachtungen erforderlich werden. The planned route is set out in the A-ROSA brochure; this information is subject to change. High/low tides, maintenance works and waiting times at locks and bridges (being subject to traffic) may lead to timetable changes at short notice. In rare cases of high or low water or in cases of force majeure, parts of the route may have to be undertaken by coach or by rail and in isolated cases it may be necessary to spend a night in hotel accommodation.

When the ship is passing underneath low bridges, it is sometimes necessary to vacate the sun deck for safety reasons – please pay attention to announcements made by the crew and any notices.

The on-board voltage is 220 V/50 Hz. A 220/110 V socket for electrically operated shaving devices and toothbrushes is located in the bathroom. This is not suitable for other electrical equipment. Moreover, there are several plug sockets available in your cabin (220 V).

Das Schiff ist mit einer modernen Vakuumtoilettenanlage und einer biologischen Abwasseraufbereitungsanlage ausgerüstet. Wir möchten Sie dringend bitten, keine Gegenstände (inklusive Hygieneartikel) in die Toilette zu werfen, da dies zu einem Ausfall der gesamten Anlage führen kann.

The ship is equipped with an up-to-date vacuum toilet system and a biological waste processing system. Do not throw any items (including feminine hygiene articles) into the toilet, as this can lead to the failure of the entire system.

Trinkgelder/Gratuities Das Verteilen und die Höhe von Trinkgeldern bleibt Ihnen selbstverständlich freigestellt und sollte Anerkennung für eine gute Leistung sein. Eine Trinkgeld-Box für die gesamte Crew steht am Ende der Reise an der Rezeption bereit. Selbstverständlich können Sie auch jederzeit individuell den Mitarbeitern ein Trinkgeld geben, auch eine Abrechnung über das Bordkonto ist möglich. Der TV-Empfang erfolgt via Satellit. Während der Schleusenzeiten und auf bestimmten Streckenabschnitten kann es zu Empfangsstörungen kommen.

An speziellen Abenden servieren wir Ihnen in einem Teil unseres Restaurants Spezialitäten und Weine aus der Region. Dieser kulinarische Ausflug an Bord ist kostenpflichtig. Das BuffetRestaurant ist während dieser Veranstaltung selbstverständlich wie üblich geöffnet.

On select evenings, we will serve a range of regional specialities and wines in part of our restaurant. This service is subject to an additional charge. The buffet restaurant is of course open as usual during this event.
