ABOUT THE ARTISTS Australian pianist Daniel de Borah was a major prize winner at the 2004 Sydney International Piano Competition and has since appeared as soloist with the English Chamber Orchestra, the London Mozart Players, and with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. In Australia he has performed with the Sydney, Adelaide and Canberra Symphony Orchestras, the Australian Chamber Orchestra and Orchestra Victoria. Daniel has given recitals on four continents and has partnered many leading soloists and ensembles. For more information about Daniel de Borah, please visit danieldeborah.com Greta Bradman is an Australian soprano, psychologist, presenter, broadcaster for ABC Classic FM, and faculty member of The School of Life. She was Limelight Magazine’s 2015 Australian Artist of the Year and was a recipient of the Australian International Opera Award. Her music education includes a Bachelor of Music Degree (Adelaide), Fellowship from the Australian National Academy of Music, and MA in Advanced Vocal Studies (Wales International Academy of Voice, UK). Her broader education includes a BArts Degree (psychology and linguistics), Honours Psychology Degree (1st Class, dux), Master of Psychology (Clinical) Degree, and graduate diplomas in French and German. Recordings to date include most recently her 2015 critically acclaimed debut with Decca Classics My Hero; her next Decca recording will be released November 2017. Greta is a passionate proponent of Australian classical composition and composers, and maintains an especial love for Lieder. Based in Australia she has worked with all state symphony orchestras and many ensembles, choirs, and opera companies through the Asia Pacific as well as in the UK, Europe and USA.
