Content and Form The EDPL provides a practical and intellectual forum to discuss, comment, and review all issues raised by the development and implementation of data protection law and policy in the EU Member States. The journal reports on key legislative developments and addresses relevant legal, regulatory, and administrative challenges in EU Member States and institutions. The EDPL will identify and analyse important case law that shapes the interpretation and application of EU law in this field, including decisions by the European Courts, international courts, and higher national courts. All contributions will be subject to double blind peer-review before acceptance for publication. To guarantee EDPL’s high-quality standards, all submissions are required to conform to the author guidelines available at: www.lexxion.eu/edpl/author-guidelines
