PRESS INFORMATION Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft under new management As of November 1, 2016, Dr Anna Herrhausen and Daniela Kaiser will take over the management of the Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft. In her role as member of the Board of Trustees, Dr Anna Herrhausen has already spent the past three years supervising the work of the international forum of Deutsche Bank. "Now I can combine my ideas for new topics and formats with my experience in the corporate social responsibility area. This will involve strategic work over the mid to long-term horizon - it's all about 'seeking traces of the future in the present.' This is also the Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft's mission," explained the new Managing Director. Daniela Kaiser elaborates: "Deutsche Bank seeks to fulfil its social responsibility and AHG is a key independent agent in this. Our aim is to have open discussions about topics and trends that are relevant in today's society. I look forward to making a difference together with Anna Herrhausen." Dr Anna Herrhausen began her professional career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. In 2009 she transferred to Allianz, where she contributed to the development of the Allianz Group's central Corporate Responsibility division. Since January 2014, she has been working at Deutsche Bank as a Director in CSR. Anna Herrhausen completed her Bachelor degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Oxford, her Masters in International Affairs at Columbia University, and obtained her doctorate at the Free University of Berlin. She lives with her family in Berlin. Daniela Kaiser began her professional career at Deutsche Bank in 1999 and since then has worked in various divisions of the Bank at home and abroad. Her tasks focus on strategic project work, budget and cost management, as well as personal and organisational development. As a Director in Communications & CSR since 2013, she also supervises the Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft's business operations. Daniela Kaiser is a certified banker, has a degree in economics and is a qualified foundation manager (European Business School). She completed the Global Business Management programme at INSEAD and Harvard business schools. She lives with her family in Frankfurt. Many thanks are due to the previous management, with Thomas Matussek (Managing Director since 2013) and Ute Weiland (Deputy Managing Director since 2007).
